The Carrasqueira Comporta Palafitic Pier is a place known for being an architectural masterpiece and it promises to be an excellent choice for any season. This piece had its construction marked between the decades of 50 and 60, with wooden stakes irregular, fragile of appearance. Nowadays, it aims to serve as a mooring for the fishing boats that lay there, having a few hundred meters in which it is possible to walk. The Palafitic Cais is one of the most visited places in the county, as it allows you to see the nearby boats and some birds from the area of the Sado Estuary, all during the tour on the spot.
